How does Estitor ensure the quality of listings?
We only work with verified real estate agencies. All listings go through verification before publishing, and agencies are responsible for the accuracy of information. Users can report suspicious listings that are immediately verified.
Can I post a property as a private person?
Currently Estitor operates as a B2B2C platform where only registered agencies can post listings. However, you can contact our partner agencies who will help you sell your property.
How can I contact an agency?
On each listing you have direct agency contact information - phone, email and WhatsApp button. You can contact the agency directly without intermediaries and arrange a viewing or get additional information.
Does Estitor charge a commission?
Estitor does not charge a commission from buyers. We work on a subscription model with agencies that pay for posting listings and premium services. All costs are borne by agencies, and users use the platform for free.
How often are listings updated?
Our platform is updated in real time. Agencies can instantly add, edit or remove listings. Each listing has a timestamp when it was published or updated, so you always see the latest information.
Can I save favorite properties?
Yes! Register or log in to Estitor and you can save an unlimited number of properties to your favorites. You will also receive notifications when the price changes or the property becomes available.
