The apartment is situated on the third floor and features excellent orientation (south–east–north), ensuring natural light throughout the day. It has two balconies — a larger, south-facing balcony with a beautiful sea view, and a smaller, north-facing balcony surrounded by greenery, offering peace and pleasant shade. All windows and balcony doors are equipped with mosquito screens.

The sofa in the living room folds out into a bed and has a Dormeo memory foam mattress pad. The building has its own parking lot.
