The apartment is within walking distance of all important shopping centers, restaurants, schools. The apartment has a separate bedroom, bathroom and a large living room with a balcony facing southwest, which means that the apartment has sun all day long and natural lighting. The apartment is rented furnished as in the pictures. Pets are not allowed.
The apartment is rented all year round and the price is 400 euros including all bills. Payment is the first rent, the last rent plus a deposit.
