The apartment is located in a newly built four-story building on the promenade – the first line to the sea, right across from the beach. The apartment faces the sea, with a large terrace that is sunny throughout the day, which makes it perfect for enjoying the view at any time of the day. It is modernly furnished and fully corresponds to the pictures, and the apartment also comes with a garage space.
The monthly rent is 650 euros, plus utilities. When moving in, you need to pay the first rent, the last rent and a deposit. The apartment is rented long-term for at least a year.
