It also has a large terrace facing south with a view of the city center and Volujica. It is only 300 meters from the beach. It is rented for a longer period of time.
Monthly rent is 350 euros plus utilities. The garage is rented separately. To enter, you need to pay the first and last rent plus a deposit.
