I am renting a two-room apartment on the third floor of a residential house in Polje near Miljanovo Most. The house also has a common pool that it shares with the owners of the house, but they are rarely in Montenegro, they are only there for one month a year, so you mostly have the pool to yourself. The house is also surrounded by high walls and you have full privacy when the gate is closed, you have parking spaces for two when the owner is not there. The apartment has two bedrooms, a huge bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and a large shower cabin. The apartment has three balconies, one of which is huge and continues to the roof terrace, which is ideal for sunbathing. The apartment does not share balconies with anyone. The price is 500 euros per month and it is issued for a minimum of one year, nothing shorter. Payment is mandatory for the first rent, the last three rents and a deposit. The tenant is obliged to pay the electricity, water and internet utilities related to this apartment, except in the months of June, July and August, then he does not have to pay any bills.
