I am renting a duplex three-bedroom apartment with access to a shared swimming pool. The apartment is 138m2 in a quiet settlement of Tuđemili, 10km from the sea and the center of Bar, surrounded by mountains. The apartment consists of a spacious living room, dining room, three bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and five terraces. The pool is open from the beginning of June to the end of September.
The apartment is rented for a long period of time and the price is 1200 euros plus bills. Payment includes the first rent plus a deposit. The price includes: use of the pool (in summer), sun loungers by the pool (in summer), parking space and internet.
