The apartment has an internal area of ​​70m2 and a large private yard of 1000m2. The apartment is located in the rural part of Bar, a settlement called Mrkojevici, known for its beautiful nature and good food. The owners of the upper floor come up maybe once a year for a month so that most of the time you have the whole house to yourself and full privacy and freedom.
The apartment is rented out throughout the year and the price is 500 euros per month plus bills. Payment is the first rent plus a deposit.
