It is located in a smaller multi-family building with a large garden and private parking, in the quietest part of Budva, 1000 m from the sea. Supermarkets Hdl and Idea at 5', school and kindergarten at 7-8', beach at 15'.

The apartment is rented for one year. First month's rent, two last months' rent, and a deposit are paid in advance. Private parking space and utilities are not included in the price.
