I am renting out a commercial space in the center of Rena next to the bus station. The space is 20 m2 and has a bathroom and its own parking lot. It is located in the same row with two other businesses of the same owner, so it is convenient to rent it together with these others. It is located next to the local bus stop and is convenient for all types of service businesses. The space is rented out for a longer period of time and at least a year.
Monthly rent is 400 euros, plus monthly utilities. To move in, you need to pay the first and last rent plus a deposit.
