Basement
In the lower part of the villa there is a gym, sauna, toilet, shower room and a technical room where the central water heater is pro to complete the villa with warm water as well as a staircase leading to the ground floor.

Ground Floor
The ground floor is set next to the main entrance. This floor as well as the part which links to the first floor and the basement contains a large, unique space designed to have three units. These are: the living room section, the dining room’s section and the kitchen’s section. From the dining room and living room to the spacious terrace which is enclosed by a glass fence that allows unobstructed views from rooms. This terrace is connected to the rest of the area. More specifically, it is the part of the accessible platform which is fenced but still allows access to the pool of the neighboring facility. On this floor, there are provided: converted kitchen towels and toilette.

First Floor
