On the ground floor is a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, a stove, an electric kettle, a coffee maker, kitchen utensils and appliances. Also on the ground and the 1-st floors are both 2 living and dining rooms with an access to the upper terrace.

The large living room has a fireplace, LCD TV, a large sofa. In the dining room are dining tables and chairs for 10 -12 guests. The house is fully air conditioned.
