A project for complete adaptation and reconstruction, and conversion of the family house into 4 separate apartments (from 50 m2 to 70 m2) with a total area of 377 m2 has been carried out.

For this project, the consent of the chief city architect has been obtained and utility fees have been paid. Adaptation and reconstruction works can begin immediately after work registration.

In the second phase, it is possible to add two more apartments in the attic, which would result in a total of 6 separate units.

According to the urban plan, a boulevard is planned in front of the plot, by which 70m2 of the land plot would be expropriated for that purpose, with compensation of 35,000 eur, which the owner of the land plot receives. The project has already foreseen the reduction of the plot, so it has no impact on the planned reconstruction.
