Four urban plots with a total area of 4,000 m² are for sale, located in the settlement of Motički Gaj, municipality of Žabljak, directly along the main road. All plots have paid utility fees, and each one comes with a revised main construction project. Individual purchase of plots is possible, depending on the buyer’s needs. According to the valid planning documentation, construction of buildings with a total area of approximately 2,500 m² is allowed on this land. The price of the land is 200 EUR per square meter if the buyer takes over the main project. If only the land is purchased with already paid utility fees, without the project, the price is 170 EUR per square meter.
