We are renting a fully furnished ground floor of a family house, in a quiet area, in Jajinci near Spomen park Jajinci.
The house has two bedrooms, a large hallway, a bathroom, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, a pantry (approx. 100m2) plus a veranda and a terrace of approx. 30m2.

The house features pellet central heating (the stove is located separately in the boiler room; according to previous experience, a little less than 3 tons of pellets are needed for one heating season) as well as a security alarm and two parking spaces. The house is available for move-in from 01.07.2026.

It is also required to pay a deposit in the amount of two months' rent.
