Ski center Golija with access road; at this moment, 235 parking spaces for passenger cars have been built and marked. The detailed regulation plan for Ski center „Golija“ regulates an area of 262.67 hectares within the zone of the planned ski resort and part of the tourist complex Odvraćenica on Golija mountain. Two ski slopes (lengths 1,450 and 1,600 m) and one for night skiing, two ski lifts (six-seater and four-seater), as well as connecting ski paths to the starting and exit stations of the ski lift.
In the best location next to the night ski slope, we offer you 3 land plots (in a row) of 36 ares each (12.000€/are), which is also needed for hotel construction. It can freely be called “Konaci na Goliji”. We note that the skiing season here lasts the longest.
The function of road „S1” is to connect the road Golijska reka – Odvraćenica with the parking within the ski center complex. The length of the road from the intersection with the mentioned road to the intersection with the planned road „S3” is 587 meters.
Road „S1” is designed for two-way traffic. It will consist of two lanes, 3 meters wide each. Double-sided pedestrian paths, 1.5 meters wide, are also planned.
